  • Service updates and practice news
  • Billing notifications and payment reminders
  • Post-visit follow-ups

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your appointment schedule and interactions with our practice. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per week, though typical usage is significantly lower (mostly appointment-related).

3. Fees Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates will apply to any texts sent or received. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

4. Opt-In Methods

Consent is obtained when you:

  • Check the SMS consent box on our website forms;
  • Provide verbal consent over the phone;
  • Sign a paper form at our office indicating consent.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time.

  • To Unsubscribe: Reply STOP to any SMS message received from us.
  • Confirmation: Upon opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.

We do not include Protected Health Information (PHI) in standard SMS messages; for detailed health information, we will direct you to our secure patient portal.
